Tommy’s Brewing Company is an independent craft brewery in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago, built on a legacy of boldness and self-determination. Inspired by the century-old travel journals of Gabriel Tommy and the entrepreneurial spirit carried forward by his grandson John, the brewery was founded with a clear mission: to challenge “Big Beer” and pursue a better, more expressive craft. Rooted in authenticity and driven by conviction, Tommy’s approaches brewing as both rebellion and storytelling — creating beers that reflect identity, independence, and the courage to do things differently.
