Wild Ale Barrel Aged with Mushrooms and Rosemary.

A collaboration with Jester King (USA). This original beer was brewed on Friday the 13th of October alongside our friends from Jester King Brewery. It is an American Wild Ale featuring rosemary and mushrooms (callampas) foraged from the forests of Valparaíso. It was subsequently fermented and matured for a long period in Carignan wine barrels, resulting in a beer that is truly unique and “mortal”!
