Strong Ale Oak Barrel Aged with Brettanomyces.

A Strong Ale fermented and matured with wild yeasts in French and American Oak barrels, respectively, which were previously used for Syrah wine. This blend provides a unique complexity, featuring an interesting balance between the inherent sweetness of the base style and the acidity brought on by prolonged barrel maturation. A gourmet beer by definition!
