Factoría Santa Ana is a microbrewery located in the historic Plaza Santa Ana in Trinidad, Sancti Spíritus, Cuba. Housed in a restored 19th-century building originally constructed in 1844 as the Royal Jail of Trinidad, the brewery forms part of a multifunctional complex combining brewing, dining, and live cultural performances. Following a careful restoration of the historic structure, the site reopened in 2019 as a modern brewing venue equipped with Austrian-made Salm brewing technology. As the only microbrewery in the province, Factoría Santa Ana produces a small range of unfiltered beers—including Clara, Oscura, and Negra—served fresh on site, contributing to the small but distinctive brewpub culture developing in Cuba.
