Kailoma Brewing Co. is Fiji’s only fully independent craft brewery, based in Korolevu on the Coral Coast of Viti Levu. Brewing directly at The Beachouse Resort, Kailoma produces small-batch, unfiltered beers using local rainwater and traditional craft methods. Founded by Gavin Statham and Simon Gelling, the brewery represents the pioneering spirit of Fiji’s modern craft beer movement, bringing authentic island-brewed beer to both locals and travelers.
