Kitchen Brew, based in Allschwil near Basel, Switzerland, is an independent craft brewery founded by Fabian Ehinger following his exposure to the North American craft beer movement. The project began in 2012 with small-scale brewing in a kitchen in central Basel before evolving into a dedicated brewery space in Allschwil in 2016. Kitchen Brew focuses on producing modern, hop-forward and internationally inspired beer styles, combining innovative techniques such as dry hopping with an emphasis on balance and drinkability. Through this approach, the brewery contributes to Switzerland’s craft beer scene by bridging global influences with a strong local presence.
