Brasserie Ardwen is a craft brewery dedicated to reviving the historic brewing heritage of the Ardennes, a region that once counted nearly 230 breweries in the early 20th century. Founded in 2003 by local enthusiasts determined to bring this tradition back to life, Ardwen released its first beer, Ardwen Blonde, in 2006, winning a gold medal at the Concours Général Agricole de Paris the following year. Using regional malts and spring water from Launois-sur-Vence, the brewery produces bottle-refermented beers that celebrate the character and identity of the Ardennes.
