A collaboration with Los Bichos Mandan (ARG), Barbarian (PER), and Bierhaus (ARG). Espressour is a dark-based Sour Ale crafted with cacao husks and a chocolate malt cold brew, fermented with wild yeasts and bacteria, and subsequently matured in oak barrels. The result is a beer with potent notes of coffee and chocolate balanced by a pronounced acidity. Prepare to be surprised!
