A Sour Ale with a strong local identity! Brewed with a base of trigo mote (husked wheat) and the addition of coriander seeds and orange zest, it is fermented and matured in Chilean wine barrels. This beer is refreshingly tart and spicy, featuring intriguing notes of coconut—all a result of the unique mix of wild yeasts used in the process.
