Taybeh Brewing Company, based in Taybeh in the West Bank, Palestine, is the first microbrewery in the Middle East, founded in 1994 by brothers Nadim and David Khoury. Established after the founders returned from the United States, the brewery was created to introduce craft beer to the region while operating within a complex political and economic environment.
